Key Responsibility
Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements for web and mobile development projects.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, creating comprehensive documentation for development teams.
Develop and present wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs that align with client objectives and project requirements.
Utilize agile methodologies to drive project delivery, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of milestones.
Manage and coordinate project deliveries, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Lead and guide developer teams, providing technical insights, support, and direction throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of completed work to verify alignment with defined requirements and project objectives.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns or queries.
Requirement
What we Look for ?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience of 3+ years working as a Business Analyst in the IT industry, specifically in web and mobile development projects.
Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and creating detailed specifications.
Experience implementing agile methodologies Scrum etc. and driving agile delivery processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Proven track record in managing project deliveries, ensuring timelines, and meeting quality benchmarks.
Leadership abilities to guide developer teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project Success.
