Job Description:

• Review and Coordinate: Evaluate client orders and plan delivery activities effectively.
• Client Relationship: Foster positive and productive relationships with clients to fuel business growth.
• Troubleshoot: Analyze and resolve delivery issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations.
• Team Management: Lead a dedicated delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Guidance: Provide daily oversight and guidance to the delivery team, ensuring optimal performance.
• Resource Allocation: Allocate resources and workload assignments based on delivery requirements.
• Operational Excellence: Uphold a high level of competence and operational excellence within the team.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate team members’ performance and identify training needs for continuous improvement.
• Customer Focus: Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries and concerns, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
